What is the Flames Way Collective?
The Flames Way Collective was created to manage the new landscape of NIL by funding NIL opportunities for athletes.
Combining financial resources of boosters, donors, and fans, and distributing those funds via NIL opportunities to athletes to have the greatest impact for Flames Athletics.
Why an NIL Collective?
We believe the best approach to retaining a competitive advantage and providing excellent student-athlete experience in the NIL space is through a comprehensive NIL program that includes a strong NIL collective with A Sea of Red.
How will it work?
Unless otherwise directed, the funds will go into a general fund benefitting all Flames Sports. The fund will be managed by an advisory committee that will follow charter guidelines to direct the funds in order to have the most impact for Liberty Athletics.
Additional Info
Currently A Sea of Red is set up as an LLC and will be utilizing contributions via marketing agreements. A 501c3 non profit is being created in the near future that will provide donors a second avenue to contribute.
